WHAT I DO

I help companies create value through designing and implementing strategies that benefit the different parties involved in the economic activity.

In other words, I use employee engagement techniques to put CSR and business ethics into action to benefit businesses as well as every stakeholder involved.

Sounds quite idealistic, doesn’t it?

Well, reality shows that more companies than ever before take ethics and sustainability seriously, investing resources today in order to increase their chances of profitability and growth tomorrow. And, believe me, none of these companies do it for just philanthropic or moral reasons.

These more evolved companies know that taking care of their stakeholders and integrating CSR into the culture of their organisation, doesn't just reduce costs and prevent risks, it increases productivity and helps them make the most of valuable opportunities such as innovation.

CSR & Sustainability

This is about managing natural, human and financial resources in an efficient and responsible way to strengthen your business and increase economic viability in the mid/long-term, while reducing negative impacts on the environment and bringing value to society.

First you need to define a robust, relevant and clever strategy. Then you need to gain your employees’ commitment to put the strategy into practice and achieve your business objectives.

Case studiest: Beiersdorf - Nivea, Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate, ABB,
Rolls-Royce Diversity&Inclusion, Veolia ES and Freshfields BD.

Culture & Corporate values

Having a culture of success is key for any organisation. Employees’ wellbeing and motivation, their sense of belonging and sharing a unique set of values, diversity and inclusion , attracting and retaining talent, internal communications and employees’ commitment to the company strategy and vision, etc., etc. These all strongly impact on things like employees’ productivity and clients’ satisfaction, which ultimately lead to better results for businesses.

Case studies: Berendsen, Sunlight, Beneo and The Share Centre.

Ethics & Compliance

On one hand, this is about defining and executing a compliance programme (policies, processes and plans) in order to make sure all decisions and operations comply with existing laws and regulations.

On the other, it’s about ensuring all your employees behave responsible and live up to a shared set of rules and moral principles. Publishing a code of conduct and inviting people to take an e-learning course is a good start, but it’s not enough. It’s important everyone knows what your company’s principles are and understands why they matter. And it’s essential employees are open-minded, take time to think and listen to others, and are confident taking individual as well as collective responsibility.

Case studies: Rolls-Royce, Anglo American, Severn Trent and Network Rail.
